What is the Style Vault?
Our aim is to give you handpicked designer items at a discounted rate for your special occasions. Your rental with us will be a smooth, stress-free process with customer support always one message away!
What does the rental period mean?
We typically offer a minimum rental period of 4 days, allowing you to try on and ensure the item suits you. If you'd like to extend the rental beyond 8 days, please reach out to us on Instagram @thestylevault_uk
Do you offer Klarna or After pay?
Yes, you can pay with Klarna for all of our rentals!
Bookings & Cancellations
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel for any reason, including a change of mind. We can offer a store credit up to 7 days before your event. Within 7 days of your rental, the hire price is non-refundable. Store credits are valid for up to 12 months from the date issued.
How far in advance should I book a dress?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability for your event. Especially, for our more popular styles.
What if my rental doesn't fit?
If your item doesn't fit quite right then you'll receive a store credit minus shipping fees. We always recommend the correct sizing on our product descriptions, but if you’re unsure please feel free to also DM us on Instagram @thestylevault_uk for sizing help.
Can I rent my outfit for an extended period?
Yes of course! Please just message us on Instagram @thestylevault_uk and we can make this happen for you✨
Dress Care & Returns
How do I send back my dress when my rentals finished?
Please send your items back to us on the last day of your rental, or the day offer. Preferably with Royal Mail. If you are unsure on how to return, please give us a DM on Instagram @thestylevault_uk
Do I need to wash my dress before returning?
Please don’t worry about washing it before sending it back. We will often dry clean our products!
What if the item gets damaged during my rental?
We understand mistakes happen, and we will review the item on return. If an items gets ripped or stained depending on the severity you may be charged, however we will try to come to an agreement before this happens!
What if I return my outfit late?
Please ensure you send your rental back to us on the last day of your rental or the following day. If it arrives back late to us, you may be charged. If you know you won’t be able to return it straight away, we suggest you rent it out for the specific days until you can.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Depending on which shipping you choose, we deliver with Royal Mail. We have a Next Day delivery option that allows you to receive your rental before 1PM on the day you select. If you want this option, please purchase before 9am the day before so we can deliver it!
Can I track my parcel when it's shipped?
Yes! All of our shipping options comes with tracking labels, so you can track your parcel the whole way✨
